Any service regarding children, youth, or otherwise vulnerable, will require a ‘Meet and Greet’ between the owner of Country Mile Security Services’ and the client(s) prior to agreement of services. A questionnaire to gain more information about the client can be filled out prior to, or at time of meeting.

Due to the sensitive nature of this service, parents, caregivers, and loved ones can feel confident in knowing their loved one is being checked on by someone who has undergone our strict screening policy, has provided all clearances including, but not limited to, Intervention Record Checks.
During a wellness check, our very kind and approachable guards will be in uniform (unless otherwise requested), must always display identification badge on their person, and always have a means of open communication between vulnerable person and the caregiver that initiated the wellness check. This could be access to a phone, body cam, anything that links communications between parent and child as an example.
For transparency, when conducting a wellness check on a minor at their home, a parent can insist that our guard turn on their bodycam so parent can see, for themselves, how the interaction went from start to finish. It is a very reassuring service that eliminates a lot of worry and anxiety for those who cannot get to their loved ones.
